Happy Halloween everyone. I know that you probably want to get through one holiday before you start thinking about the next, but I just can’t help it. Thanksgiving is my favorite day of the year; it’s full of family and really, really good food. Plus, you don’t have to worry about presents for anyone. Who could ask for more than that?
It’s never too early to start fantasizing about Thanksgiving dinner. I’m sure most of you will also be fantasizing about Thanksgiving leftovers, but with my family there never seems to be any. I swear we’re the only family in the US who eats everything.
We’ve got a ton of content over at sister site CliqueClack Food on the subject of Thanksgiving.
I’m slightly obsessed with pumpkin desserts this time of year, and have scoured the internet for all kinds of delights. Check out these roundups for cakes, cheesecakes, bread puddings, and trifles. If you’re looking for an alternative menu, you can check out Kona’s vegetarian menu. You can also read Debbie’s thoughts on a healthy Thanksgiving (it’s a horrifying concept, I know). If you’re looking for something other than stuffing (though why would you be?), we have recipe roundup of alternatives.
Check it out and have a great (and delicious) Thanksgiving.
