I’ll give ‘em this much: Many of the ‘Grey’s Anatomy’ cast members have wonderful voices.
The big news this week was a 22 episode renewal for ‘Fringe’. If you follow the ratings, that probably comes as a bit of a shock. What could FOX have up its sleeve? My best guess, they are going to finally actually try on Friday, and move ‘Bones’ to join ‘Fringe’.
At the conclusion of a solid episode with a strong Alzheimer’s storyline, ‘Grey’s’ unfortunately took a soap opera route with its final scene.
Things looked much better as many shows bounced back from the struggles of last week. On the networks, ‘Chicago Code’ loves that Charlie Sheen is on the drug called Charlie Sheen. And on cable, the NBA looks a lot like the ‘Jersey Shore’.
Though the big mystery of this episode centered on why Meredith’s eyesight was deteriorating so rapidly, it was the ‘Grey’s’ guys who were feeling all angsty and needed to blow off steam about the women in their lives.
It was a grisly week of numbers, with show after show posting losses. There were series lows, and season lows. Bright spots included the ‘Grammy Awards’ and the premiere of ‘Suspect Behavior’. On cable, how is ‘Being Human’ stacking up against ‘Stargate Universe’?
With Meredith in charge of the ER, she saved a stroke patient, had a cardiac patient die in the OR, and couldn’t provide much assistance to a boy who wound up being helped by a surprisingly compassionate Alex.
